The CFLs Most Outstanding Player and Most Outstanding Canadian Brady Oliveria will try and lead Winnipeg to their 3rd Cup in 5 years.
Winnipeg Blue Bombers: Kenny Lawler, Nic Demski, and Brady Oliveira
Those three should all be contributing factors, but don’t sleep on Ontaria Wilson. Wilson didn’t do much in the West Final but could have a breakout game tonight. In the west final, Brady Oliveira ran for 119 yards and a touchdown, Kenny Lawler had 177 yards and 3 touchdowns, and Nic Demski had 49 yards and a touchdown. Wilson only had 2 catches, one for 8 yards and the other for 9. Brady Oliveira led the league in rushing yards with 1353 yards. Backup QB Chris Strevler led the league in touchdowns with 10. He has been hurt for almost half of the season and won’t play tonight. Current backup Terry Wilson has 4 touchdowns, and broke out a long run in the West Final for 48 yards. It will be very difficult to stop these guys for the entire game as they have so many weapons. Dalton Schoen got hurt early in the season, ending his season. He will not play today.
Toronto Argonauts: Ka’Deem Carey, Damonte Coxie, and Makai Polk
In the East Final, Carey had 92 yards, Coxie had 105 and a touchdown, and Polk had 72. Pretty good right? Janarion Grant is another weapon that they have to use, but with the Bombes lineup in these positions, Toronto has less experience, and less skill.
Advantage: Winnipeg
As I just said, more experience and more skill.
