Saint Francis Wins Low Scoring Championship, Clinches Auto-Bid
In a close low scoring game, St. Francis came out on top.
Saint Francis (16-17) has won their first NEC championship since 1991 in this 46-43 win. They weee the two seed coming into the tournament and Central Connecticut was the one.
Each team had one player score 10+ points in the game. Juan Crawford Jr. for St Francis, and Devin Haid for Central Connecticut.
St. Francis is projected to be a first four 16 seed.
